Role Description:-
- Have previous working experience with organizations like Accenture, Infosys, eClerx or any MNC in recruitment & Mass hiring
- Screening and Assessment of candidates as per Client requirement
- Maintain track of assessment of candidates and share it on daily basis with Reporting Manager.
- Keeping connect with candidates until they have successfully joined training and job as well.
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn and other avenues
Key Skills required:
- Knowledge of Naukri and other avenues of sourcing candidates
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Knowledge of working in recruitment domain (Mass Hiring)
- Excel Knowledge
Work Experience: 1.6 to 2 Plus Years
Educational Qualification:- MBA In HR OR Any Graduate
