Role Description:- 

  • Have previous working experience with organizations like Accenture, Infosys, eClerx or any MNC in recruitment & Mass hiring
  • Screening and Assessment of candidates as per Client requirement
  • Maintain track of assessment of candidates and share it on daily basis with Reporting Manager.
  • Keeping connect with candidates until they have successfully joined training and job as well.
  • Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn and other avenues

Key Skills required: 

  • Knowledge of Naukri and other avenues of sourcing candidates
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of working in recruitment domain (Mass Hiring)
  • Excel Knowledge

Work Experience: 1.6 to 2 Plus Years

Educational Qualification:- MBA In HR OR Any Graduate
