Yasu for Gender Empathy

“Yasu” is a day-long interactive gender empathy program created for addressing diversity and sensitivity to culture-specific notions. “Yasu”means “flat/smooth/level” as well as “peace” in Japanese culture signifying the robust sense of balance that genders need to develop and demonstrate in today’s demanding and vulnerable workplace. This program empowers participants to respect gender diversity, instill equality and use best practices towards enhancing gender empathy within the organization.
