Dr. Ganesh Natarajan
Ganesh has two significant corporate success stories to his credit - APTECH a global training major which he led for ten years and Zensar Technologies, a global software success story which he led as its Vice Chairman & CEO till early 2016. His industry responsibilities include Chairman of NASSCOM Foundation, Chairman Pune City Connect, President of the HBS Club of India and a member of the National Council of the CII. He is also a Global Board Director of Social Venture Partners and Convener of SVP Pune. Author of nine books and a sought after speaker at national and international forums, he believes in the triple bottom line approach to management and leadership.
Ganesh is a Gold Medallist in Mechanical Engineering from BIT MESRA, a Gold Medallist in Industrial Engineering from NITIE and has a PhD degree from IIT Bombay.
Dr. Uma Ganesh
Uma Ganesh has three decades of success in corporate and entrepreneurial ventures covering manufacturing, media, banking and IT sectors with her last assignment being Chief Corporate Development officer with HSBC Global Resourcing. She has dedicated the last twenty years of her career to Education and Skills initially with NIIT APTECH and Zee TV’s Education venture. She has been a recipient of several awards in recognition of her contribution to skill development and education in the country and she plays an active role in industry associations and business forums at national and regional levels with leadership responsibilities with CII, NHRD Network and Bombay Management Association. Uma has an MBA degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and a PhD degree from IIT Bombay. She has a regular column in the Financial Express since 2013 where she writes on digital impact and skills related subjects.
She has co-authored a book with Dr. Ganesh Natarajan entitled ‘Unleashing the Knowledge Force’ published by Tata Mc GrawHill.
Manjiri Gokhale Joshi
Manjrii has over 20 years experience in the Media and the corporate world in India with Zensar Technologies and ICCI Lombard as well as in UK with Informa PLC and GlobalLogic. Prior to joining GTT, she cofounded Elephant Connect Professional delivering transformation projects through HR and training interventions to various organisations in India andthe UK.
Manjiri has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune and a Master’s degree in Mega-Project Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is a recipient of the British High Commission Chevening Scholarship awarded to study leadership and management in the UK and has authored several books.

Vaishali completed her B.E. (Computer Science) and started her career as a software trainer and went on to head operations for stalwart training institutes like Aptech, Datapro and Tata Infotech (now TCS) for 8 years. She transitioned to the ITES industry heading operations for Sitel India Pvt. Ltd, Convergys India Services and Zensar Ltd. She assumed the position of Senior Director for Sutherland Global in 2011. Apart from her 20+years of corporate experience, she is also a certified Café Style Trainer and an Image Consultant.
Sachin is a Chartered Accountant and brings with him a rich 8+years experience of intensive domain capability in core finance across multiple industries. He has held Finance leadership roles in the areas of Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation & Costing, MIS, Budgeting and Fund Planning.

Diana has over 12 years of experience in HR & Admin in a Generalist role. A Masters in Personnel Management with Distinction, she has worked with companies like Cummins India Limited, Faurecia India and Intervet India Ltd (currently MERC). She holds an Industrial Safety credential and is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000.

Ayon joins GTT as Head of Corporate Sales with 16 years of experience in Business Development, Learning and Development and Service Delivery with the Business Process Management Industry.
During his career, he has been instrumental in building a sales team and sales pipeline from scratch and closing some mid and big size accounts across Geographies with some of his previous organizations.
He brings to table a blend of different verticals / horizontals and some key sales drive, experience and a lot of thought leadership.
His earlier work stints include 5 years with American Express and EXL, WNS, Inniti Alliance and First Insight Corporation.
