Profile :

Should be able to conduct Training the Trainers (TTT ) and Webex sessions for dot net students.   Should be able to conduct classroom or online Training using CISCO Webex Learning Centre (WIC) technology in the area of expertise.   Should deliver specialized training sessions sharing industry experience/expertise within the approved curriculum guidelines.   Should have exposure in the use of technology in delivering education and familiar with Webex.   Required skill(s): Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, good customer service orientation.   Should have min 2 years .NET (C#) training experience, • Should have min 2 years .NET (C#) training experience   Overall IT experience 4-6 years. Minimum NET training experience of 2 year. Some development experience preferred     Should have conducted min 500 hours on advanced .NET area training in for customers, consultants or students covering following areas:   ASP .Net Security Features.   Client-side and Server-side State Management in a Microsoft ASP.NET Web Application.   Creating and Consuming XML Web Services.   Handling with Database connectivity and Crystal Reports.   Build and Deploy Dynamic Web applications.   Should be familiar with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle.   Should be familiar with software Engineering and software modelling (UML).   Should be familiar with SQA and Project Management.   Microsoft .NET certification preferred.

Should have exp in student counseling & career guidance as well as over all grooming.   Should have experience in conducting training programs. Exposure in soft skills training and other personality development modules preferred.   Exposure in the use of technology in delivering education.   To conduct soft skill & behavioral training in areas like Leadership, Communication skill, Team Building , Motivation, Goal setting.   To revise and make different essential training program module requirements   Required skill(s): Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, good customer service orientation.   Preferably at least 3 yrs experienced candidates specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.   Candidates from training industry will be preferred.   Should have flair and love for training / coaching.
