The GTT Leadership Development Programme (LDP) has been designed for middle and senior level professionals who have experience in managing teams in the corporate/government/ education/ social sectors. The programme is meant for high-potential professionals with the long-term aspiration to lead companies, large divisions and pursue entrepreneurship. It is an intense programme, applying globally accepted theoretical management concepts to real life business scenarios. The programme design accounts for the time constraints experienced by busy professionals and packs in a blend of case studies, activities and live project examples in crisp 8-hour modules delivered once a month.
